Eric grew up at the frontline of the troubles in Northern Ireland, lost his father when he was 12 years old, and went on to make a success of his life. He will share movingly about the challenges he faced, how he overcame them, and offer insights and strategies to overcome obstacles in your own personal and professional life and turn them into success.

Eric is currently Principal of Management Solutions Ltd, a global consulting firm with offices in Bermuda and the UK and has worked in the field of business improvement for the past 27 years. He successfully manages and delivers programmes in business improvement, change management, leadership, management development and culture change to a wide range of organisations of varying sizes and sectors throughout the world. He is an International Specialist in Investors in People (IIP), brings drive, energy and strong interpersonal skills to each project he facilitates, including for the Institute of Leadership and Management – Europe’s leading Professional Management Institute.

Over the years Eric has successfully organised and led a Sports Academy for township children. He has published a number of papers on culture change for International Universities and a number of articles for leading business magazines. His book “Moving Horizons” was released in October 2018. He speaks regularly at International Conferences on culture change and business development issues and has participated in several television and radio presentations.
