All organisations must comply with the Protection of Personal Information (POPI) Act by 1 July 2021. The Act promotes the protection of personal information and deals with your constitutional right to privacy and the right to access to information. It obliges organisations to deal with the processing of personal information by applying specific principles and conditions. The Amy Foundation takes the protection of your personal information very seriously and we will collect, use and keep information only if there is a lawful purpose for doing so.
